Bakery Operative

IMMEDIATE START. A fantastic opportunity for a Baker to start with our client in Cottenham. Ongoing long term work that may lead to a permanent position following a successful trial period. Working 5 shifts a week, Mon - Sat. 37.5 hours a week with 4am starts. Pay is up to £20 per hour depending on experience.

The role will involve working in a bakery making bread and cakes for a local bakery chain. This will involve:

• Following recipes to create batters or dough
• Use of industrial ovens to Bake the products
• Good attention to details making sure timings are correct

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in baking breads and cakes (can be supermarket based)
• Experience in using industrial ovens
• A flexible approach and be a team player with great communication

Hourly pay rates:

• £13.00 to £20.00 per hour Depending on Experience
