BodyShop Administrator Location Swansea :

Position: Bodyshop Administrator Location: Swansea Company: Fix Auto Swansea West Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 24-28 K Depending on current skills and experience Reports To: Operations Manager

Fix Auto Swansea West is a leading bodyshop specialising in vehicle repairs and refinishing. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer care. We are currently seeking a skilled and organised Bodyshop Administrator to support our operations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Bodyshop Administrator is responsible for assisting in the administrative functions of the bodyshop, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination of the behind the scene activities in the bodyshop. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange appointments for tooling maintenance, staff training, heath and safety and some accounts.
  • Documentation: Process and log all documents. Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all relevant data in the system.
  • Communication: Liaise with staff, supplier, and other external contacts to facilitate the needs of the process.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the bodyshop team, assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive or bodyshop industry but this is not essential as full training is and can be provided .
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Other Requirements: A valid driving licence is needed as you may be requied to travel between our other sites.
