Catering Manager

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to the post of Catering Manager, working 37 hours per week (Term time only plus six days).

6.30am - 2.30pm (Monday - Wednesday)

6.45am - 2.30pm (Thursday & Friday)

The successful candidate will be a dedicated and committed professional who will be responsible for leading the in-house catering provision for the school, and leading and managing all associated operations including catering staff.

This will include organising and managing the provision of catering and hospitality throughout the school, overseeing the preparation, cooking and service of food . This will also involve responsibility for planning, operating and controlling the production and service of food related duties setting out programmes of work and supervising the catering staff to ensure outlets are suitably resourced to meet customer expectations and service standards .

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for all kitchen and dining areas being maintained to the required standard in line with Health and Safety, Hygiene and Food standards .

The appointment to this key leadership role is critical to the current and future success of the school and as such this appointment is of immense importance to us as a team and as a school.
