Position – Plant Fitter Salary - £26,000 - £28,800 Location – Coleshill Position Overview: Our client seeks an experienced CNC Setter/Operator with expertise in Siemens control systems and 5-axisCNC machines. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens controls. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Select appropriate tools and machine settings. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure parts meet quality and precision standards. Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed. Maintain production and quality records. Collaborate with teams to optimize processes. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications: Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator with Siemens controls. Skilled in 5-axis. Knowledge of 9-axis machinery would be an advantadge. Knowledge of machining processes and CNC programming. Ability to read technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills.
