Hybrid role - 3 days per week are required on site at our Customer Contact Centre, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER
£20,374.88 to £22,000 per annum

Our G4S Customer Contact Centre in Wath Upon Dearne provides advice and support to the public on behalf of our clients. We have experienced rapid growth and are now a team of over 2000 people who spend their day helping people.
About the role
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team, where you will provide support to the Operations Director, the Contract, Client and Commercial team in the delivery of Contact Centre services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of contract Governance requirements.
- Ensure the maintenance of the Contract shared folders and documents.
- Validating an accurate monthly invoice for the Phase 2 delivered services for the client.
- Create, own, manage and administer the ongoing maintenance of the Contact Centrecontract documentation.
- Own the access to the DWP commercial Jaggar and Bravo portals - receiving, sharing and sending incoming and outgoing requests and actions.
- Aid the contract manager to oversee and coordinate the timely delivery of contract events and obligations for example, Contact Variations, Contract Obligations.
- Support the Client Director and their team in the production of management information and presentations in advance of scheduled customer governance meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and readiness for on-site customer visits.
- Maintains contract files and records for all 3 rd party suppliers.
- Aid monitoring PO / invoices exceptions.
- Validate an accurate monthly invoice for the Phase 2 delivered services for the client.
- Consult with Procurement to undertake due diligence in the onboarding of new suppliers, financial set up or ad hoc payments.
- Liaise and work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business and other operational departments.

- Good attention to detail – able to spot errors or mistakes in their own work and others.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced IT user. Confident in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet our primary productivity tools.
- Have a proven conscientious and well organised approach to workload.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
- Proactive and flexible approach.
- Problem solver with logical approach.
- Analytical and enquiring – passionate about supporting the business to meet its targets and goals.
Desirable
- Experience of working in Finance or Project role in a BPO
- Experience of working with Government contracts
