Finance and Administration Assistant – Newtownabbey/Hybrid– 16-20 hours.
Working with an exciting and innovative pharmaceutical company you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts. This is a part-time and permanent position!

Duties:
· Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
· Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
· Generate financial reports for management review.
· Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
· General administration duties.
Criteria:
· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
· Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero(preferable), QuickBooks, or Sage
· Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
