Job Description - Goods In Administrator

A leading Manufacturing client based in the NG10 area are seeking an experienced Goods In Receiver/Administrator to support a busy Warehouse department.
Duties
  • Liaising with purchasing, manufacturing, planning and other departments
  • Planning and scheduling work to ensure maximum output is achieved.
  • Supporting the Warehouse function packaging goods ready for shipping (this would include FLT operation)
  • Operating a Handheld Scanner for pick purposes
  • Responsibility for the receipt/collection of all inbound goods.
  • Stock auditing.
  • Distribution of goods within the warehouses/Booking in/out of all goods.
  • Ensure delivery schedules are met or report when not.
  • Ensure compliance with all Legislation is adhered to,
Key Skills
  • Experience within a Warehouse /Stores environment required.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems essential
  • IT Literate.
  • Use of Handheld scanner
  • FLT Licence desirable
  • Good communication skills, organised and able to prioritise
Salary dependant on experience
