• Develop and implement strategies to win new business and achieve sales targets • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and approvals • Manage internal sales team, setting sales targets and developing strategies to meet or exceed them • Grow graduate scheme and graduates in line with business commercial and sales strategy • Identify, develop, and implement development and career growth roadmaps for company retention • Provide coaching and development opportunities • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and partnerships • Regularly report on sales outcomes and internal sales performance to senior management • Lead, manage, and coach both team and individuals for positive engagement and competency • Join an established and growing organization with an excellent package
