As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding process, conducting essential checks, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be key to your success in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
Onboarding of Staff
Conducting PVG and DBS checks
Coordinating interviews and managing corresponding communications
Issuing offer letters and managing the tracking system
Overseeing annual checks and following up on incomplete assessments
Preparing contracts and service agreements for new hires
Adjusting existing contracts as needed
