HR Administrator

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Indeed Flex is hiring for a HR Administrator in Wellingborough!

We are thrilled to offer an exciting temp to perm opportunity to join one of our top industrial clients in Wellingborough as an HR Administrator. In this role, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, including running reports, handling queries, and guiding new hires through their onboarding and induction processes.

Salary: £13,191.36 annually (pro rata)

Shift pattern: 21 hours per week | Flexible working hours

Requirements:

• MUST be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience working in an administrative role, preferably within an HR function.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities:

• Welcome people coming into the office.
• Handle queries.
• Support new hires in their onboarding process, ensuring all activities are completed promptly.
• Assist with payroll as required.
• Work with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Participate in employee engagement events and other creative opportunities.
