About Our Client
Our client is a manufacturing organisation based in LS15.
Job Description
Duties of the HR Administrator will be to:
- Provide 1st Line HR Support for all colleagues
- Answering e-mail and telephone queries as part of the HR contact centre.
- Recruitment administration writing and placing adverts and job information, contacting candidates, organising interviews.
- Collation of monthly payroll information ensuring accurate information is passed to the payroll provided.
- Implementing the new starter process production of offer letters, contracts, and welcome packs liaison with new colleagues for new starter information and right-to-work checks.
- Management of employee records.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working as a HR Administrator, or general administration experience with knowledge of HR procedures and processes
- Good Microsoft skills including Word and Excel
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
