About Our Client

Our client is a manufacturing organisation based in LS15.

Job Description

Duties of the HR Administrator will be to:

  • Provide 1st Line HR Support for all colleagues
  • Answering e-mail and telephone queries as part of the HR contact centre.
  • Recruitment administration writing and placing adverts and job information, contacting candidates, organising interviews.
  • Collation of monthly payroll information ensuring accurate information is passed to the payroll provided.
  • Implementing the new starter process production of offer letters, contracts, and welcome packs liaison with new colleagues for new starter information and right-to-work checks.
  • Management of employee records.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as a HR Administrator, or general administration experience with knowledge of HR procedures and processes
  • Good Microsoft skills including Word and Excel
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
