Job Description - HR Administrator/Administrator

HR Administrator - Temporary We are currently working with a growing company based near the centre of Scunthorpe who are looking for a HR administrator to join their team on a temporary/cover basis. This role is as immediate start for the successful candidate and is the perfect opportunity for candidates that are currently out of work or are looking to gain further work experience. No HR Qualifications are needed for this role however candidate must hold experience within a similar role or experience within an office environment. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the HR team with documentation and administration duties
  • Updating internal database and records
  • Liaising with internal departments.
  • Organise and maintain records.
  • Communication via email and telephone.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must have experience working within a similar role.
  • Must be able to start straight away.
  • Must be a team player and willing to assist in other areas when needed.
  • Must be professional and have good communication skills.
  • Reliable and have good timekeeping skills.

This role is a fixed temporary cover of 8 weeks however for the right person could be longer depending on the business needs. We are open to speaking with candidates of all levels proving they have relevant experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday office hours and can potentially provide flexibility for the right person. This is a full time role, candidates must be able to commit to full time hours. The hourly rate is £12.50ph
