We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to support our central human resources function, this role is based at Buxted Park Hotel in East Sussex and is a full time role Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. As HR Administrator you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of service excellence through the delivery of an accurate and responsive HR administration and support service to the business. Be responsible for the delivery of an accurate and responsive HR administration service to the hotels. Deliver accurate and responsive HR administration service to the hotels, including the preparation of employment offer packs, leaver processing, and the timely updating of the HR Information System. Provide advice and guidance to managers and team members for routine employment related matters, signposting Company policies and procedures and seeking clarification for unfamiliar situations, acting as a brand ambassador and positive influence to the wider team at all time. Working in conjunction with the hotels, collate accurate periodic payroll information for time submission to the central Finance Team. It is essential you have current Human Resources administration experience within a busy HR function. You will have strong technical skills with a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and previous experience of working with an HRIS is desirable. A competitive salary package of £30,000 to £31,450 is offered with this role.
