Job Description - Office Administrator

Job Title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Working Terms: ON-SITE (Southall)

Working hours: Full-time (08:00 - 18:00)

Remuneration: £11.45 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator on-site working to join our team. The role is to work with our Real Estate Client based in the UK. The role is to run the day-to-day business process operations and monitor the overall performance and delivery of the processes within set teams.

You will be responsible for delivering against all KPIs and SLAs, uplifting team skills and capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and personal development, alongside service delivery to customers, clients, and stakeholders.

As you will be dealing with UK clients, high proficiency in English communication in both speaking and writing is essential to this role.

Skills and Experience / Requirements:

● A ‘can do’ attitude and solution-focused approach.

● At least 4 years Prior experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Food Industry, and Order Management will be considered.

● Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM packages

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service standards

● Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

● Ability to work as part of a team, encouraging open discussion of issues, evaluating, developing, and improving others to be the best they can be.

● Self-driven with the ability to use time effectively to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet the diverse needs of the organisation on a day-to-day basis

● Able to instigate a practical hands-on approach to problems encountered whilst employing critical thinking to understand the impact of potential solutions

● Able to adapt to change quickly and efficiently in line with changing business needs.
