Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support on all premises related queries and requests from co-workers. Ensure office correspondence, complaints and queries are dealt with.
- Coordinate the Redhill office visits from 3rd parties and meet and greet where applicable
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate company credit card and UK cash expenses for the offices
- Coordinate all aspects of the H&S in the Redhill office; ensure environmental and health & safety policies are up to date and applied to organisational activity
- Coordinate the day-to-day interactions with landlords and suppliers
- Coordinate office lease & other premises contractual renewals across group
- Ensure Redhill office repair and maintenance is scheduled accordingly and upcoming maintenance and contract renewal dates updated on system.
- Oversee group mobile phone and hardware logs; ensure these are up to date and reflect employee hardware changes on company HRIS system and Operations enquiries on the Workflow Management System.
- Coordinate all operational aspects of new employee onboarding and inductions
- Monitoring company shared mailboxes; answer and action queries where required
- Ensuring recruitment CV system is up to date on daily basis
- Action company Data requests
- Coordinate hardware disposal process, informing Accounts of transfer of ownership between entities.
