The Operational Excellence Manager will be sitting on the Senior Leadership team, and you will be playing a pivotal role in optimising operational processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
* Lead the charge in driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with other departmental heads to identify areas of optimisation and implement strategic solutions
