This newly created Staffing Coordinator roles will cover the 2 main areas of the Staffing Operations team: supporting Staffing Business Partners in making effective decisions, providing additional capacity in associate management

Our Staffing team are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the team. This newly created Staffing Coordinator roles will cover the 2 main areas of the Staffing Operations team: supporting Staffing Business Partners in making effective decisions, providing additional capacity in associate management What you will be doing

  • Support the Staffing Business Partners through provision of quantitative reporting outputs and analyse for inconsistencies
  • Validate errors in the Staffing and Pipeline data and work with stakeholders to ensure information is updated in a timely manner.
  • Support the Staffing BP's and Sectors to facilitate staffing of people across BU's, and across sectors in order to maximise utilisation.
  • Create pre- and post-staffing comms to be shared with multiple senior stakeholders, to ensure all parties are aware of the actions required for effective resource clearing.
  • Work with Associate Management function to engage Associates and to set up agreements and Schedule of Services
  • Ensure that Associates have the necessary paperwork in place to be compliant with current legislation and Baringa’s Associate policy
  • Facilitate the associate on-boarding process with the project manager to ensure completion of the associate paperwork and ensure contractual start within legal compliance standards
  • Ensure our internal systems always have up-to-date information to allow the Staffing BP's to make the best staffing decisions.

Your skills and experience
  • Experience of developing or streamlining processes and tools to support operations.
  • Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and ability to interpret, enhance and optimise MI reporting conducted via multiple excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to research, analyse and present information with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Able to prioritise, respond efficiently and effectively and plan ahead
  • Adaptability and flexibility
