Hours per week: 33 hours
Location: Banbridge
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the compilation of O&M manuals across multiple projects.
- Working closely with the design and technical procurement departments to produce equipment schedules.
- Coordinating with the design department and site team to ensure drawings are produced at ‘as-built' stage.
- Uploading of drawings and testing & commissioning documents to internal document management system.
- Updating progress trackers.
- Build, manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers and staff.
- Report to O&M Coordinator on a daily basis.
- Implement robust processes and controls to increase efficiency and improve performance.
- Any other duties required to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Qualification
Essential
- Five GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Desirable
- GCSE (or equivalent) in ICT
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
- IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Desirable
- Office administration experience
Abilities & Skills

- Strong time management and excellent organisation skills are essential, underpinned by an attention to detail
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise and advise staff at all levels, both verbally and in written form
- To be flexible and work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with a varied portfolio of work, progressing work with minimal supervision
- Able to meet short deadlines
- Adaptable and quick thinking with a willingness to learn
- Good eye for detail to be able to produce accurate work
