We’re working with a fast-growing technical services business who are looking for a Senior Operations Manager / Lead Operations Manager / Senior Technical Operations Manager to drive efficiencies across the board.

The Senior Operations Manager / Lead Operations Manager / Senior Technical Operations Manager will lead operational and field engineering teams delivering against SLAs. This pivotal role involves maintaining and enhancing all systems and processes for service delivery across the field and configuration and repair centre teams.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operations manager to join a successful IT Services provider with an expanding list of partnerships and a pathway to operations director.

The Senior Operations Manager / Lead Operations Manager / Senior Technical Operations Manager will:

• Lead and manage the operational and engineering teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and maintain all systems and processes to guarantee efficient and consistent operations.
• Exercise commercial judgment in decision-making, balancing operational needs with financial considerations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the team.

The Senior Operations Manager / Lead Operations Manager / Senior Technical Operations Manager will ideally have:

• Proven experience in operational delivery, if related to IT or leading service repair or configuration teams that would be advantageous
• A recognised project management qualification or significant relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware products, including laptops, desktops, and computer networks.
• Demonstrated the ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
