PA to Head Teacher

PA to Head Teacher G7 - £28,556.32 – £30,277.67 Working hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Daily) Term-Time Only Permanent Norbury School would like to appoint an outstanding PA to provide high-calibre, confidential and professional PA and administrative support the Head Teacher and the wider senior leadership team as required, in a busy primary school. We are looking for: GCSE or equivalent level in English (at least Grade 5) Experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably educational, providing high-calibre confidential support at a senior level Excellent skills in MS Word and MS Excel A high level of written accuracy and a keen eye for detail Good oral communication skills Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher/ other desktop publisher Working experience of ARBOR or other educational management and assessment system Experience in taking accurate minutes of meetings Good interpersonal skills in dealing with both children and adults A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality A good understanding of safeguarding The ability to organise and prioritise your work and use your own initiative A willingness to be part of the Norbury Team, which means ‘Be Inspired and Inspire!’ We can offer: Outstanding and enthusiastic pupils who speak 54 languages between them An exciting working environment where engaging and supporting children is a top priority A supportive, inspiring team and award-winning school to grow with, where pupils are at the centre.
