At a glance Role Title: Customer Experience Partner Level 9, Payment and Orders Windows Partner The Official Partnership Job Title is Payment & Orders Administrator Position: This is a Permanent position Location: Wilmslow -Onsite working only Hours of Work: Full Time, 36.25 hours per week. Working 5 days a week. Including 1 in 3 Saturdays based on business needs. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 18:00 pm with 1 in 3 weekend days (Saturdays 08:00 am - 18:00 pm based on business needs) Salary: The salary for this role will be £23,600, Annual About Role The John Lewis Contact Centres are a vibrant, collaborative and growing area of The Partnership, and the role they play is essential to our delivery of outstanding customer service. The Centre must deliver comprehensive support and service to our customers, whilst operating at the most cost effective level. What you’ll be doing You could be interacting with our customers via phone, email, so will need to be an accomplished communicator. You’ll be dealing with multiple queries, questions and complaints. Expect the work to be intense and sometimes involve tough interactions, but your commitment to solving intricate problems and the education provided will prepare you for effectiveness. A capacity for adept negotiation is crucial for resolving intricate and potentially emotionally charged customer issues, all while maintaining the interests of our customers, Partners, financial health, and brand value. Always adding value through effective influencing, communication and sharing of expertise No day will ever be the same. Regardless if it’s a one off interaction with a customer, or something more involved , you’ll impress our customers and your stakeholders with your professionalism, efficiency and personal touches, building on our strong brand loyalty. What does the Payments and Orders Windows Department do? As a P&O Partner you will be responsible for the start of the customer's Furnishing Fabric order journey. Checking estimates and taking payments and processing orders, answering customers queries, checking fabric availability, expected delivery dates, coordinating orders with multiple different products e.g. Blinds / Curtains / Tracks & Poles. With a key focus on outstanding customer service, solution focused and ensuring that our customers are kept informed. Also closely liaising with other stakeholders such as Estimators, Fitters and Suppliers.
