Job Description - Payroll Administrator

The Opportunity- I am looking for a Payroll/Subcontractor Administrator to join my client in Corby. The role will be worked from Monday to Friday and the hours are 09:00-3:30. This opportunity is with a long-established and well-known Construction company and is a permanent opportunity. Daily duties will include the following- Processing payroll from start to finish and updating subcontractor records. Inputting and processing invoices. Weekly payment runs. Preparing and submitting expenses, payments and updating lists. Checking and inputting payment certificates and liaising with the relevant Quantity Surveyor. Subcontractor admin and subcontractor accounts admin. Updating subcontractor insurance documents. You will need- Solid payroll knowledge. Previous experience of payroll and CIS with a subcontractor. Accurate numeracy skills. Confidentiality and integrity. Please be aware that a CBR check will be made for any successful applicants.
