Paragon Services have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a vibrant team at our clients head office in Welwyn Garden City. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Payroll Administrator will work closely with the Senior Payroll Clerk. What will you do? Weekly: * Processing weekly payroll for 150‐200 site staff * Chasing up Timesheets / Daily Labour Allocation sheets * Preparing the manual calculation sheet * Coins Payroll processing & reconciliation * Processing weekly BACS transfers * Preparing weekly payroll reports * HMRC Submissions & RTI * Dealing with payroll queries/calls * Check HMRC online for any Tax code/Student Loan/RTI notices * Maintaining the Busy Bee Ledger Monthly: * Preparing/Reconciling PAYE & NI Payments * Preparing/Reconciling CSA & AEO Payments * Preparing/Reconciling B&CE reports for submission to B&CE What do you need? * Coins Software knowledge would be preferable but not mandatory as training will be provided * Construction Industry experience would be beneficial * Must be a team player * Must be able to work under extreme pressure & meet deadlines * Experience of processing under auto‐enrolment would be an advantage * Excellent attention to detail & accuracy What's on offer? * Modern office with pool table, Gym, TV, collaboration pods, free coffee machine and parking * Amazing opportunities for career progression * Recognition rewards * Team bonding days * Training: In-house seminars and workshops * Social and Collaborative environment * Client entertainment and charity events * Flat management system and autonomous environment * Positive company culture * Diversity * Team orientated company who hire culture fit first rather than the skills only This is permanent, full time role, however a four day working week may be considered for the right candidate (Fridays off).
