Planning Administrator
£12.50 per hour (PAYE only)
Lomondgate, Dumbarton (Hybrid)
40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
3 months temporary
Start Date: ASAP Please note: This is an office-based role.

Job Role Summary:

Working for an energy and power supply and rental company, this role is to support with the admin for the Planning Team.
This is not a complex role and wouldn't require someone who is at a Planner level. The ideal candidate doesn't need to have a Planning admin past (although would be desirable) but needs to be a strong admin with the ability to communicate well.

What you'll do:

* Involved with the shipping & Logistics of orders coming in and of the department.
* Coordinate shipments and maintain records.
* Communicate with 3rd parties in regards to orders/ goods in/out.

You'll have the following skills and experience:

* Experience working within a similar role (desirable).
* Good communication skills and show attention to detail.
* Good organisation skills.
* Computer literate, able to use Microsoft products including Excel/Word.
* Team player
* Able to work off own initiative.
