Private Client Administrator

Our client, an established and respected local firm of Hastings Solicitors are looking for a new member of staff with Legal experience or qualification to join them in their Private Client operation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, experience of probate work, be computer literate and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Private Client Administrator , you will control and manage cases at a level of complexity and will include drafting and registering lasting Powers of Attorney and advising clients with integrity and reporting any concerns to the Senior Partner.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Experience of probate work
• Be computer literate
• Possess excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Be self–motivated with a desire to extend legal knowledge and experience
• Must have own transport due to travelling to another office
• Will drafting experience would be beneficial

Your duties as a Private Client Administrator will include:

• Drafting and registering lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting with the registration of ensuring Powers of Attorney
• Managing cases and files to a high standard and in accordance with SRA requirements
• Advising clients with integrity and reporting any concerns to the Senior Partner
• Providing outstanding client care at all times
