Job Description - Procurement Administrator

Procurement Administrator opportunityon an initial three-month contract to bolster a bustling and expanding procurement team. This full-time position offers hybrid working options and flexible hours, with the potential to extend the contract or transition into a permanent role.

About the Role: As a vital member of the team, your role during this three-month fixed-term contract will entail providing essential administrative support to the procurement team. Working closely with various departments, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting due diligence checks on potential suppliers
  • Maintaining and updating the supplier tracker
  • Managing the procurement inbox and correspondence

About You: We are seeking a proficient administrator with experience in procurement environments. Ideally, you will demonstrate the confidence and expertise to engage directly with suppliers, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and organisational acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably within procurement
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational capabilities
