Production Warehouse Operative (Reach FLT Driver) NN17 5DP £11.50ph Monday - Friday DAY SHIFT ONLY! Permanent after a successful temporary period immediate start. Free Parking, Pension, 28 Days Holiday.

Due to the continued success of our client who are one of UK's premier suppliers in the natural product solutions sector, based in Corby, Northamptonshire, have an exciting opportunity for a Production Warehouse Operative, where you will be working with a small experienced team.

• Produce mixes and blends as directed by the General Manager, working to the SOP's, and packs off into various pack formats, clearly labelling all products before despatch.
• Prepares products for despatch, in line with the specifications, customer requirements and all paperwork
• Loading of finished products onto vehicles.
• Maintains the hygiene and cleanliness of the factory and warehouse to the general GMP standards.
• Conducts inspections both on H&S and BRC standards for all equipment and completes all documents in line with this.
• Control, monitor and manage stocks of non-essential materials required within Plant Lipids UK. Either replenishing stocks or advising the General Manager / Business Support Executive.
• Maintains racking and provides regular checks on the racking system within the warehouse
• Off load & book all incoming stock into the business on the ERP system, checking that all deliveries are made in line with the delivery notes.
• Conduct and complete all hygiene checks and audits, completing all paperwork.
• Support the General Manager at Audits, ensuring the production where monitored is in line with all SOP's.
• Understand the SOP's for all production and the CCCP's for production.
• Ensure all daily and weekly checks are completed prior to engaging any operations, including: - Forklift, Factory process machinery, etc.

We would expect the successful Production Warehouse Operative to demonstrate proficiency within a warehouse production environment. You will be joining the company site in Corby Northants, who are experts in their various fields of manufacturing and hold a reach and counterbalance license.
