Production Operative

Production Operatives required in Leamington Spa. We are offering wide range of shifts with combination of different roles within the business.

Role:

As a Production Operative you will be working on behalf of our client Grupo Antolin. Grupo Antolin is leading manufacturing organisation that specialises in the automotive sector. You will be trained on various processes to suit your individual skill set. This could be either the manufacturing process, foam plant process or the assembly process.

Manufacturing / Production Process:

• Dayshift: Monday-Wednesday Thursday:
• Nightshift: Sunday:, Monday-Wednesday Night:

Assembly / JIT Process and Foam plant:

• Monday-Thursday:, Friday: with OT Opportunities
• Monday-Thursday:, Friday: with OT Opportunities

Pay rates and benefits include:

Dayshift & Rotating Pay rate:

• £10.57 per hour for first year
• £11.13 per hour for 2nd year length of service
• £12.10 per hours for 3rd year length of service

Nightshift Payrate:

• £11.50 per hour for first year
• £12.10 per hour for 2nd year length of service
• £13.16 per hours for 3rd year length of service

Additional payments

• £13.28 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays
• £17.70 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday
