Purchasing Administrator

The ONE Group is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Purchasing Representatives for our esteemed client in Kettering. This is a fantastic chance to step into a role right away on a three month fixed term contract.

As a Purchasing Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of orders. Your organised and professional demeanour will be key in managing orders, processing change requests, handling licensing issues, and addressing queries efficiently, all while maintaining exceptional service standards for both suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers.
• Coordinate customer returns and arrange collections via couriers.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails.
• Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven background in delivering excellent customer service.
• Administrative skills.
• IT literate, particularly using MS office packages.
• Ideally degree educated but not essential

Our client offers hybrid working arrangements post-training. The position requires working from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. The salary ranges from £23,00pa to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
