We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join my clients team at a student accommodation facility.Main Duties:- Handling emails from students and providing timely responses- Liaising with maintenance and cleaners to ensure the upkeep of the accommodation- Processing rent payments and maintaining accurate records- Organising engaging events for students to enhance their living experience- Building and maintaining positive relationships with students and the wider communityIdeal Candidate:We are looking for a supportive individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can effectively communicate with students. The ideal candidate should possess good IT skills to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
