Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Prepare and distribute internal and external communications - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Help with special projects and events as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to make decisions independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with travel booking and expense reporting systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
