Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


WestRock is seeking a motivated and hardworking Administrative Coordinator to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for senior management - Maintain and update company databases and records - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing - Provide administrative support across various departments - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees - Handle confidential information with discretion


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - People management skills - Adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands
