Starting salary: £22,542 to £23,500, depending on experience, with potential to earn up to £30,030.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Location: Glasgow Sky Park, Finnieston. Upon successful probation hybrid working pattern will be available. Pattern will be discussed at interview stage.
In this role as an administrator within our Claims and Underwriting department, you'll join a close, experienced team working with multiple major brands in the financial services industry. You'll process claims through the full process, from receipt of the initial claim form through to payment, with varied responsibilities including collating documents and information according to strict requirements, ensuring the correct people are involved at the various stages, and sending out necessary updates and documents. In this position, you'll demonstrate your attention to detail and communication skills to ensure claims are processed properly, helping customers with high-quality service. Full training will be provided.
