Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job description:


Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a Remote Office Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our remote office.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee all administrative tasks related to the remote office, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Act as the main point of contact for employees based in the remote office, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order - Assist with onboarding new employees in the remote office, providing them with the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles - Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the main office and the remote location - Handle any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by senior management


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software applications - Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
