Remote Operations Associate

We are looking for a motivated and driven Remote Operations Associate to join our team at Flexport in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations for remote employees - Organize and manage remote work logistics, including equipment setup and maintenance - Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues related to remote operations - Assist in developing and implementing remote work policies and procedures - Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for remote work - Provide support to remote employees to enhance productivity and engagement - Assist in organizing virtual team-building activities and events - Help maintain a positive remote work culture and environment
