Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join Baker Hughes, a leading oil and gas company, in a work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong motivation to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and customers - Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to drive success and meet targets - Continuously assess and improve operational procedures to drive innovation and progress - Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and profitability

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies and driving results - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Motivated and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
