Job Description:


Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. 2. Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operations are aligned with company goals and objectives. 5. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. 5. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Persuasion and cooperation soft skills. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely without direct supervision. 8. Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
