Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Plant Operator at Setsquare Recruitment located in Launceston. The Plant Operator will be responsible for day-to-day plant operations, quality control, machine operation, maintenance, and forklift operation. Some remote work is acceptable, allowing for flexibility.

Qualifications

Plant Operations, Machine Operation, and Forklift Operation skills
Experience in quality control and maintenance
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in construction or civil engineering industry
Forklift certification is a plus
