Job Title: Rent Payment Administrator

Location: Burnley, Lancashire (Head Office) Salary: Dependant Upon Experience Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm PQE: 2 years' experience in similar role

With a growing portfolio of over 2000 properties and offices in Burnley and Middlesbrough, we provide a client-centred service from acquisition to management and resale of properties. We operate a comprehensive in-house service with departments ranging from Property Surveyance and Renovation through to Sales & Marketing. Featured five times on BBC's "Homes Under the Hammer," our growth and innovation continue to thrive.

The Role: The role will be involved in the whole process of making high volume quarterly payments to the company's investors. It will include calculation of payments using newly installed software, dealing with investor queries and ensuring that all internal controls have been complied with. There will be an opportunity to contribute to the refinement of the processes used.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in working with complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Ideally have some exposure to the installation of a new computer system
  • Communication skills both verbally and using email
  • Organisational ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute to improving processes
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • A good team player - approachable, adaptable and committed
