Thank you for your interest in the post of Reprographics Administrator at Ashlyns School: an opportunity to join our talented support staff team.
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient professional Reprographics service to the students and staff of Ashlyns School. As a Reprographics Administrator, you are an integral part of keeping the school running smoothly. This means that you need to be proactive, easily adaptable, and able to work without supervision.
Being highly organised with strong attention to detail is key, as is knowing your limits and being able to communicate when workload is too high. Experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial, as would experience in an admin/reception role within a school. Basic IT skills are also a must.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and stimulating role within a wonderful school. The main duties and requirements of the role can be found in the , but a high degree of flexibility is important.
This role is 30 hours per week, term time plus one week (hours can be discussed at the interview). The start date for the role is 2 September 2024, but you will be required to work paid hours before your start date for induction and handover.
