Job Description - Sales Administrator

Elevation Recruitment Group - Business Support Division are excited to be recruiting for an engineering business in Sheffield for an Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

  • Full Time - Permanent
  • GBP24,000

As an Sales Administrator you will be responsible for :

  • Responsible for delivery of start-to-end service process of UK customer base.
  • Work to SLA and provide excellent customer service
  • Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
  • Sales quotation and order processing
  • Managing customer accounts and being first point of contact for any queries, orders or complaints.


To be successful in this role of Sales Administrator you will ideally have:

  • Experience within a Sales Coordinator/Administration role
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Ideally you will have experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
