Job Description - Senior Administrator

Senior Administrator to the Management Team Job Location: Near Wyke Regis, Weymouth, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Salary depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5.00pm + free onsite parking Benefits: Excellent working environment, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, career development. A specialist Engineering company who has a great reputation in the industry for not only their experience but also that no job is too difficult for them to undertake is currently recruiting for an Senior Administrator to the Management Team on a Permanent basis to work alongside and support the Management team with day-to-day administration tasks. No two days will be the same and we are looking for applications from those who are looking for a busy role where you will have a large amount of variety in your day-to-day work, have excellent organisation skills and can prioritise workload and be excellent at multitasking. You will be supported in this role by and administrator who will help you undertake your duties to achieve the best results for the business. This role is pivotal in supporting the management team across a variety of departments to ensure the smooth running of the business, duties will include put not limited to: • Supporting the Management Team with all day-to-day administration duties and projects.
• Assisting with Confidential and Sensitive information
• Resolving issues within company guidelines and policies.
• Keeping company documents up to date.
• Ensuring all aspects of H&S are carried out and kept up to date.
• Certification upkeep (Health & Safety, Insurances, Training, Vehicles etc)
• Arranging diaries.
• Handling internal and external queries
• Supporting colleagues in maintaining schedules and documentation.
• Employee Time Sheets data input
• Training Matrix organisation
• Writing quotes, accepting PO, opening jobs.
• Auditing for company processes and procedures.
• Hospitality for visitors, meeting notes, booking travel arrangements.
• Creation of databases and spreadsheets for reporting and management.
• General administrative duties. The successful applicant will possess: • A proven track record within an Administration / Coordinator / PA role
• The ability to multitask and adapt to a changing workload whilst taking on additional tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Being very pro-active ensuring tasks and work is being turned around in a quick and professional manner
• Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages (Word / Excel / Outlook)
• Excellent communication & organisation skills
• A good eye for detail
