Job Description - Student Experience Administrator

I am currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a lovely team based in Liverpool City Centre. This is ongoing for 3 months with the possibility to turn permanent. The ideal candidate will join a busy Student Support Office team who provide support for matters relating to programme administration and assessments. The administrators will be trained by the senior student experience team so that they can respond to queries either in person or via email. Relevant administrative work experience gained in a Higher Education environment or a similar large, complex organisation is desired. Location: Liverpool Duration: 3 months Hours: Mon- Fri 9-5 Duties and responsibilities: Provide an efficient and effective, customer focused support service and key point of contact across a diverse student population Act as a point of contact to students, staff and visitors, referring students to guidance and further support when necessary and ensuring office and School present a positive image to users. Maintain up-to-date accurate student records for compliance and audit purposes. Use School files and student records to provide a range of data to meet ad hoc needs or to make formal returns Collate and manage data, such as attendance and engagement data, for particular cohorts of students. Provide a professional level of behaviour and appearance and a high quality standard of service at all times.Skills and Experience: Experience of providing programme and assessment related administration to a large number of staff and students/customers. Experience of working on own initiative in a busy and demanding environment Experience of servicing committees and taking minutes Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.Please apply to this advert if you feel you have the skills and experience!
