Our client, an independent provider of financial services seeking to recruit a Trainee Accounts Administrator. Overall purpose of the role: This role involves a variety of company and client related input and data analysis accounts and bookkeeping tasks and responsibilities. Key responsibilities will include; • Monitoring the departments email and allocating tasks as applicable, raising requests with outsource provider as necessary.
• Arrange processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accurately recorded to relevant revenue entity and general ledger.
• Provide cover for processing daily payments and bookkeeping for pension team.
• Processing credit card and petty cash expenses.
• Bookkeep banking transactions for Trust clients
• Ad hoc changes to client billing files.
• Assist with administering various bank platforms, and updating signatory lists as required.
• Assist with preparing schedules and obtaining support for external auditors.
• Any other related duties as may be requested from time to time. The successful candidate will have: • No previous experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
