TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

Are you a strong Administrator with a Passion for Training?

If so, we would like to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our new Training Academy here in Harrogate.

In this role you will be responsible for key aspects of bookings and producing monthly training matrixes across the business. You will provide administration support to the Head of Academy and Head of Compliance & Regulation.

Acting as the first point of contact for all training related issues, this role requires you to support and guide colleagues across the business, providing advice and systems support where necessary.

In order to be successful in this role you will be a natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills, as you liaise both internally with colleagues and externally with suppliers. You will need strong organisation and administration skills and a passion for teamwork and learning.

Ideally you will have administration experience and a track record of organising, planning events as well as experience with data analytics. Have a good knowledge of Office 365 packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Forms and Share Point.
