Administrator at The NSS Group

This is the job for you….

NSS Maintenance has seen huge growth over the last 12 months, both in revenue and resource. To support the business in the next stage of our expansion plans were looking for forward thinking, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Your job will include:

  • Supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
  • Providing support to the project team field-based operatives, taking ownership of requests
  • Providing general assistance to the project management team, operations managers and directors
  • Ensuring cover of phones during lunches / busy periods
  • Responsible for the preparation of specialist post works reports via the NSS Job management platform and other applications
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of invoices using the NSS Job management platform
  • Provide support and assistance to the other administration roles

Experience / Personal Attributes Required:

  • A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
  • Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
