Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 50,000- 65,000 Depending on experience
Location: Seascale
Hours of work: 38 hours Mon-Friday

Applicants must have experience of the following:
- CDM 2015 regulations experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- 10 years of experience within construction
- 10 years of experience in nuclear or another highly regulated industry
- SMSTS/CITB Temporary works coordinator training course
- Black CICS card
- ONC/HNC/HND in Civil engineering
Ideally applicants should also have: - Chartership status Role information: - Oversee the management of the CDM regulations
- Liaise with contractors and clients
- Liaise with design teams to ensure CDM regulations are being adhered to during the design process
- Take control of the construction phase plan
- Ensure contractors are compliant with regulations and work scope needs
- Coach health and safety personnel on CDM regulations
