Client Executive - Construction

Client Manager - Construction Aon is currently recruiting a Client Manager to join the UK Construction projects team, based in London, which forms part of our Global Broking Centre (GBC). The role is accountable for the day to day running of the account (client service) and can include specific objectives for client retention, new existing and new/new business development within the specialty line of business. Working collaboratively with other Client Managers and Team Leaders, and in line with GBC broking strategy, the role is responsible for managing client relationships in collaboration with GBC colleagues and wider Aon network account teams. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office. Client relationship management (direct clients and/or network) Client and/or network meetings Provide technical wording advice to clients and/or network Collation of project information Define marketing strategy (specific to placement) Present terms to client/network Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. The GBC provides colleagues from across the Aon network with access to specialist brokers and client managers, dedicated client solutions and thought leadership, and significant global insurance capacity. The GBC works with network colleagues to deliver market-leading solutions to Aon clients, creating a competitive advantage in our placement strategies worldwide. Proven experience in the London Construction market with an insurer, broker or underwriter. Good technical insurance knowledge especially in Owner Controlled Insurance Programmes (OCIP), Latent Defects and associated Construction lines of business Ability to work well as part of a team and with network offices In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
