Commercial Admin

We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to work within a successful business based in the Sherburn area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a busy and varied role, providing day-to-day administration support to the commercial manager and supporting the estimating, sales and project management teams. Duties include setting up new contracts, preparing documentation and data entry.
We are looking someone with previous administration experience, ideally within a construction industry but not essential. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential and strong attention to detail.
As a Commercial Administrator, your duties will include:

• Setting up new contracts, and monitoring contract variations
• Supporting the sales and estimating team with preparation of larger complex bid documents, and of client onboarding documentation.
• Submitting credit limit requests and monitoring them throughout the contract duration
• Working with the project team/commercial manager to review contract costings and project invoices.

This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:15 and Friday 8:30-3:00pm with a starting salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience.
