Job Description - Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager – Cardiff
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading construction main contractor on a permanent basis. As the Commercial Manager, you will undertake all commercial aspects, take responsibility and be accountable of a large contract or multiple smaller value contracts.
Responsibilities:
Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
Start Up of New Projects
Procurement
Applications for Payment and Invoicing
Cost Control
Accounting and Reporting
Risk and Opportunity Management
Subcontract Administration
Manage the close out of projects
Skills:
Experience as commercial lead on multi million pound projects
BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
CSCS
Relevant driving licence
